What does being fit mean to you? Is it being leaner? For some, it’s  having better flexibility and reduced pain when you move, feeling more energized, or having good health so we can look after ourselves or others? Fitness means many things to many people but the first desire for most of us is to improve our appearance because at times, it seems so unachievable.

As both a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’m here to tell you it’s not; when you have the right person behind you. You don’t have to go at this alone. Currently I am employed with Equinox in downtown Toronto and have been certified as a personal trainer for over 8 years. I am also a nutrition coach, certified with Precision Nutrition as a ProCoach for 4 years. When it comes to providing the best benefits to clients, these are the best assets to have. Neither functions well without the other. Precision Nutrition is actually based on sport and exercise nutrition. And no one should expect good results from a hard workout but ignore what food they consumed throughout their day.
